Employees in the office. People have worked their a long time so new workers beware!! Seems all good at first, then once you are supposed to be on your own the changing begins. People don't realize new employees take work off the over worked employees. They are not there to take your job. They are their to make your job easier. Dispatchers there will act as your friend to get personal life information so later they can use it against you or talk about you to everyone behind their back. Manager is friends with the employees that have been their a long time so does not equal out in the long run to be fair. Good company could be better, If the vice President REALLY seen and heard what really goes on in those offices he might realize why people leave and why a lot of the others want to leave.
