      Pros

      The office has a friendly atmosphere and there are seldom any disputes or difficulties. Management (mid-management at least) do care about employees

      Kontras

      There is little or no chance of progression or promotion. Communication is very poor. There are no benefits. Pay is stagnant. High turnover of staff.

      Pros

      Really good team and wonderful manager in the UK who is supportive and genuinely decent. Members of the team that I dealt with in Russia were Positive environment to be working in, no workplace dramas. SPARK is a one of a kind product and there is nothing else like it on the market.

      Niche product meaning that the market for it is quite small outside of Russia/CIS. Difficult to generate leads and build a consistent pipeline.
