On the surface this is a highly respectable company with deep concerns about the people and the environment. All of this is indeed true. Their pay is outstanding.
Kontras
Management competency is questionable. They are great at making carpet but not very good at dealing with people. They make very questionable decisions in regards to day to day management of the production facility. You have to know someone to get into the company as well as to get promoted.
