I was fired within 3 months due to reshuffling of teams. I had left my stable job at amazon for Interface. This was the worst decision of my life. I regret it. The previous Production manager was very rude and he used to mentally Harras employees. I was suddenly fired even after performing all my duties well on time. Upper management doesn't care at all.
