I worked for this company for about 5 years. I made descent money to pay my bills. I learn a lot and gain some experience in the field. This was my first IT job just graduating college. I am glad they gave me a chance to prove myself. It's just like any other job, just do what you have to do and you won't have an issue. It's a friendly environment. You get to meet new people. The staff and co-workers are great.

- During the summer, the work hours are cut.
- It's ridicolus to travel to the warehouse in NJ during the summer and not be able to obtain your 8 hours for the day.
- For the type of work we are doing in the field, we should be getting paid way more.
- Benefits should be included instead of the employees paying an arm and leg for some low budget services at the doctor that cost you the majority of your paycheck.
- Consider a persons situation instead of judging the matter.
- Be flexible and show the employees more respect and you can get more out of them with a good and positive attitude.
- Consider moving the warehouse/office to NYC. The traveling from NYC to NJ with public transportation is ridiclous. Your talking about at least a 2 hour ride.
- Stop taking advantage of the employees that have cars to constantly have to do more traveling than others. It's not fair.
