DISCLAIMER FOR ALL OTHER REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY: If you see a 5 star review with very little cons, it's the Company's HR/Marketing team or CEO trying there best to make this company seem great to candidates. The BIGGEST micromanaging company you will ever work for, they will look at everything you do down to your personal day plan and have a checklist for it (there's someone literally checking if you properly did a day plan). Turnover is horrendous, if there is a group of 10 new hires, in 2 months there will be 2 remaining. Recruitment is hard, but if a recruiting firm can't keep the employees they interview for more than a couple of months what does that say about their ability to hire. The managers will verbally abuse you in front of everyone and the CEO will point you out in meetings if you don't perform well and question you until he's satisfied with your answer in front of your colleagues (without any prep or warning) instead of doing a 1-on-1 like a real manager/leader should do . Work hours are from 8-6 pm, but if you leave at 6 pm your manager will say you are not working hard enough and berate you in front of your colleagues about it. Managers will read your screen and will send messages without your permission if you are not around your desk. They will force you to stand up for 'power hour', it's not mandatory but if you don't do it you'll probably be fired. Cold calling from 8 am-6 pm and if you aren't cold calling you will be questioned and seen as not trying. During my time in the company it felt like every week they were trying to understand the U.S. market and it turns into confusion when your strategy changes from week to week. You will lie through your teeth 95% of the time with fake roles to get information from clients and candidates as "sales tactics". Within the year they have been in the Miami the company hasn't grown headcount or really promoted any hire into management positions because they can't show anyone how to be a good manager.
