Learning the back end of the business can take awhile. Custom design is amazing but lengthy to learn if you are new. Overall great tools are provided to help you learn.

Many employees are extremely rude. There is a "home grown" culture where many people have no clue what work is like outside the company. There is a history of inappropriate behavior at all employee levels from Senior executives on down where the behavior is condoned and covered up. Truly the most bizarre environment in which I've ever worked.
