They will make it evident after a point that they want you gone and disturbing the status quo could result in severe negative consequences on your career. The upper management is HIGHLY paid and they lead a very different life from the actual workers. Very corporate environment. Nothing like an advertising agency. Nobody is actually cool. Coolness is smoking and cussing.
