After a year of experience in the company, it was obvious that poor leadership and bullying driven by certain personalities was causing rapid turnover of positions. There was also a significant immaturity and lack of direction within parts of the business that has has made progress on issues slow and difficult, There is also a near total lack of support from leadership for for growth/development, making the possibility slim to none.
