Multiple staff have left this company because Shane does not pay his staff. Don't be fooled by the website and ''marketing' updates online, this is not a professional company at all. The company has failed to complete a single project and still takes on more new jobs without finishing previous projects. They don't provide visa for employees and give no support, no motivation and no salary. Avoid at all costs.
