Discriminated over health and ghosted - Leasing Consultant bei InterSolutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I feel I was denied work by being ghosted based on a health issue I was born with. I was honest about my disability, and my agent told me “my daughter gets that and she still goes to work.” after needing a day or two to recover. The agent explained their clients pay good money to have consultants show up and it makes them look bad if they don't. I get migraines that cause me to lose my vision partially and I have medication that helps but not always. I became very depressed and homeless after losing this job because I obviously couldn't use them as a reference. I am still struggling. I lost everything this last two years and was trying to build my life back up after Covid. I had a place to live, a job and stability then lost it. I really enjoyed my job and was excited to further my career in residential management. I called and e-mailed and got no response. Nobody deserves to be treated that way.
