9yWe at InterFysio highly value the input we gain from employees and from potential candidates alike. By remaining open to criticism, we are able to better serve our employees and their needs.
However, we take exception to the idea that our company "enslaves immigrants" or takes advantage of anyone.
First and foremost, associating involuntary, compelled enslavement with voluntary, contractual employment, which is accompanied by a competitive salary and benefits package, is absolutely repugnant. Although we cannot remove this vulgar comment, we hope that others who see it will be reminded that associating voluntary employment with slavery is absolutely indecent and inappropriate.
Secondly, all candidates are made an offer of employment, the terms of which they retain the option to voluntarily agree to or to decline. We provide ample opportunities to discuss the terms of this agreement in great detail and reserve the right to pass on candidates who cannot agree to its terms. The candidate also retains the right to reject its terms and decline the contract. At no point is any candidate placed under any sort of duress or threat to sign a contract.
In fact, we at InterFysio often field applications from candidates who have been placed in precarious situations by their former employers and are proud of our reputation within the industry for our commitment to excellence. We regret that you have chosen this public forum to air your grievances, rather than discussing them in person with us, and we invite you to do so at your convenience.
