Child like management, scary inexperienced mentality. No idea how to run or operate a world scale facility. Treat people like numbers unless they came from Shell Scotford, favouritism is ridiculous. Can’t express any concerns, if you do you are labelled as negative and they drive you out. They say they are a learning organization, that’s a joke, they have no ides how to it, just say it, no action. Stay away from this place, give it a few years and maybe a real company will take over and fire the useless management.
