It was absolutely laughable to see IPL still listed as a top employer in Alberta. I surmise that companies pay for the listing anyways, but I digress. Their treatment of long term employees is nothing short of criminal. Management and HR that are so void of empathy they are borderline psychopathic or autistic. The nepotism is rampant, as is the lack of bench strength at leadership positions. Make no mistake, this in no longer a good place to work. The company has been gutted and stripped down to become as profitable as can be, and feed the BF machine. Congratulations on turning a once great company into yet another soul-less wasteland and textbook example of corporate greed.
