      Pros

      Working for Inter-con you learn so much just within the month of training. It’s really easy to advance if you do what’s asked of you and treat everyday as if it were different. Each patron we have an obligation to and the same with any other individual. There’s also guidance if needed. You have a guide at the palm of your hands since higher ups are always a call away.

      Just the simple drama anyone can go through. Of course officers safety in and out of the locker room as well as break areas. However, sometimes we get those that come into the field and think this is a simple job when it’s much more complex so they will sometimes make it hard for you to show them the ropes as a trainee.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
