Remote work Company retreat Good coworkers.

Unfair pay. Compensation is a problem at the company. You have people working the same role but one of them earning anywhere from 10k-25k more than them. When management and HR are asked they are unable to provide a clear answer as to why there are differences in pay for the same role and tenure.
