Bad company to work at - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Intellisoft Technologies: Mitarbeiterbewertung

We are normally made to work long hours at low pay. Two Owners know that we will put up with this until we get our green card. Too many middle managers without good technical background & some of who are employed only because they are friend of the two owners. Some middle manager only contribute to company overhead and dont do useful work. They are like parasite while the tech workers bring in the money from client project. We are billed standard industry rates but get low salary from Intellisoft. The two owners take a huge cut of profit. Some middle managers are not competent. When we voice our problems to the two owners they usually dont bother to reply. We are not told details about our client assignments; such as when it will end. Benifits are poor. In some client work we are just sub-contractors who are treated badly by everyone at client site.
