The project exposure is strong, especially for a fresher, I get to work on meaningful and hands on tasks. Work life balance is good, and I am never asked to work beyond regular hours.

The company follows a WFO model, a hybrid setup would add a little flexibility. The leave policy is a bit restrictive and could be improved.
