Big egos, military style management. No chance of negotiating salaries. Bringing up the $ problem gets you either threatened or fired. Very stressful to work with Costi (CEO) and just generally stressful to go to work because there are usually fights every day. I think the company is losing money because they're firing older experienced and better paid employees to hire new people that work for a fraction of the cost. I would stay away from IB.
