There are too many, and too-frequent short-term deadlines, with virtually no support on meeting deadlines and no 401-K match. A few employees have the maximum control and others are expected to be robots. The business plan is only to keep getting government contracts, with no long term solution or technical expertise development for company. The facilities and technical equipment are age-old and static, and offer no room for growth or learning for fresh graduates that have learned new skills from college and are looking to apply them.
