Interesting technology. Some talented engineers. It's a think tank research facility, nothing more.

Tried to take a research & development team culture into the consumer space. Constant tinkering with the design, continuing to view a consumer product as a never ending research project, spending horrific sums setting up offshore manufacturing & everyone knew there was no ROI, and getting into consumer electronics without any experience in setting up a sales channel. It was easy to predict the eventual implosion, despite bringing in consultant talent in areas of manufacturing operations and China operations. Investors should revolt.
