Better than average salary and benefits: 401-K match, education allowance, 4 weeks leave. Nice people. Everyone was friendly and pleasant to work with.

The company is small and is not able to provide any bench time. There were also no opportunities for growth. The client that I was supporting was difficult. They did not do much planning and did not have a clear idea of their staffing needs. They would hire people and then let them go a few months later just because they decided they did not need people with such skills any more or because they ran out of money and could not keep them. This happened to me and 2 other colleagues of mine. The company was very sorry and apologetic they had to let us go, but they could not find us jobs and keep us on the bench.
