This company will work you into the ground without reward. Empty promises are made consistently in terms of financial gain as well as workload. Employees leave constantly and their work is put on existing employees. Naturally, they already have a full workload and struggle. Does management care? No, they seem content burning out employees until they leave and continuing the cycle. There is no clear structure on how an employee can grow within in the company in terms of title, responsibility, or compensation. Even management has experienced significant turnover, for instance I had 4 different bosses within the last calendar year. Avoid at all costs. Constantly being berated by clients for issues that are not your fault for below market pay is not worth it.
