Pros

Culture is very friendly and suportive. Some really great AI productivity tools in place for Sales / CS. Pros of start up culture but more defined processes.

Too much noise and duplication of effort (million slack channels, uneccessary mail spam)

Pros

The organization really makes you feel valued. I don't feel the need to manage up to showcase value, or that I need to constantly prove myself. There's enough transparency that people can see my contributions without me needing to fight for that (and I feel properly compensated/recognized for it)
