      No personality from any employee. A very bland place to work. Never even seen most employees even on a meeting in almost 2 years.

      We log all of our time to track the level of effort to support a customer and see if the annual support fee is appropriate. Daily report is fully automated and done with a single click in seconds. Micromanagement should take more than a few seconds. We have multiple employees with more than 10 years of employment and most have been promoted three or four times as their skills have advanced. Few employees with bad attitudes stick around and we are OK with that.

      Pros

      Team is very helpful and easy to get along with. Software is extremely flexible and very well documented. Hours are great, with excellent work-life balance. Clients are generally quite nice and easy-going. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Kontras

      The flexibility of the software means that there is a lot of complexity and moving pieces, including some custom pieces for individual clients. Subsequently, it can take a while to build competency and really feel confident in supporting the platform. That said, there is a ton of documentation and team as a whole is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions for those who ask.

      good learning experience. Supportive coworkers.

      Kontras

      President is very mean and not friendly. You can just feel everyone is scared of him. Many stories of staff getting fired causes fear in staff. Staff are stressed.
