I've only been on the team (officially) for about a month, but I've been working with the team for about seven months when I was a part of an agency they had hired. We clicked from the start and it was the right move for both of us for me to join them full-time. Their culture fits perfectly with my ideal company to work for, and the fact that their operational system is EOS just puts it over the top since that's the structure I thrive in. The team itself is incredible to work with... everyone is organized, they understand the vision, they're responsive, and it's fun!
