Management never checks their messages or emails, but makes that everyone else's fault. They require employees to "manage upward" but don't pay enough to afford rent. Constant blame shifting for ignoring escalation items, and an overall lack of professionalism from all of management. No HR department means no way to realistically report any abusive behavior.
