If you fit into the corporate culture, there are lots of fun times to be had. Novato is a great place to work. Lots of exposure to different parts of the business because most people have to fill several roles.
Kontras
Communication is poor across the board: between people on the same level, employees to managers, managers to C-levels. Intelletrace also has a cult of personality problem. Some people think they are more important/more valuable and actively look down on people they don't deem worthy. Training is difficult to get.
