Intellect has a very friendly atmosphere with kind and supportive people. There are many interesting projects across various domains, using a wide range of cutting-edge technologies. The company provides great opportunities to grow both vertically and horizontally. I worked as a Database Engineer, and when I wanted to try myself in backend development in the AI domain, the company fully supported my transition. What makes IntellectEU truly stand out is how much they value people. Before the russian-Ukrainian war, I worked as a Database Engineer. Later, I joined the Armed Forces and after one and a half years, was discharged due to health issues. Even though IntellectEU didn’t have an open project for me at that moment, they still welcomed me back and kept me on a bench for a while. That support meant a lot to me and proved that people really come first here.
