WFH is a nice perk, pay is a good starting pay, healthcare premium is at no cost for employee and PTO is a nice start at 15 days.
Kontras
Management does not know how to manage. The is NO communication, and NO direction which makes for a frustrating work environment. No training for new hires makes if hard to be successful. No feedback at all from management.
