I have worked at this company for almost 5 years, and my overall experience has been positive. From a learning and growth perspective, the work is both challenging and rewarding. If you are serious about working hard and putting in consistent effort, there are good opportunities to develop your skills. The projects are also quite good, offering meaningful exposure and hands-on experience. Overall, it is a great place for individuals who are motivated to learn and take on challenging work.

The biggest concern is the management, which I found to be very poor. Instead of supporting employees, there is a lack of proper leadership and direction.
