Pros
Entrepreneur kind of fast pace company, lag behind if you cannot keep with the speed. Direction changes quickly so that to tap on potential business opportunities but i see not many cannot do it and don't like it. I enjoyed the stay since i am trained to be able to multi-task, my new job is more stable and tasks come in sequential order.
Kontras
A lot of work to do. New technologies like Cloud, API and Microservice are too complex, no one to train and no time to learn. More configurations now and not good for software engineers since business analysts also cannot do properly, more work to fix those issues.
