Unprofessional treatment of employees, always trying to find turnaround to the labor law to get economical advantages. Top managers are not managing people and they can not take any small decision if not coming directly from the direction. The environment and culture are very bad, people talk at other people's back to survive. Roles are not respected and people are never trusted.
