If you cant perform appraisal according current cost of living don't force employees to come to office. All customers are conned. worst behavior seen during peak covid time forcing junior team to come to office everyday. Nepotism based appraisals. HR is toothless.Exit interviews are useless. company is in bad shape due to lack of culture lack of technical skills from technical board.
