Poor leadership and incompetent IT - Underwriting bei Integrity Insurance: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Dealing with a new billing system that is still corrupt almost a year after implementing with no end in sight. Management/President are not doing nearly enough. Switched audit vendors and we now find ourselves re-underwriting many accounts with disgruntled customers. Bottom line is we cannot handle even the basics. Constant procedure changes. Reduction in 401k contribution and bonus, along with the feeling of a heavier workload because of time spent answering nothing but billing problem emails makes this place unbearable.
