Work culture is pathetic, they follow the slave like culture from the early days. Cause u r not allowed to take breaks with your friends or go to wash room without punching break. The worst thing is that even the managers at documentation service don't know about the work properly, and still they expect you to be efficient. U are always working in pressure that it fine but without getting a proper training in it, things always go heywire. U will loseur mind if u have joined this department. Best of luck
