Like many treatment centers, there is a good deal of staff turn over, and there have been many instances of "reorganization" throughout my time there. This leaves many people with a feeling of uneasiness.
Leadership also struggles with communication at all levels - there often feels like there is information missing that would have been helpful for me to know how to do my job
