I apologize for your negative experience and am disappointed to hear about it since we are committed to making ITG the best place our employees have ever worked. Listening to employees and staff members is important to me, so to hear that you didn’t feel heard or respected motivates me to work harder to improve. We are also passionate about setting our goals high and working hard to reach them. Sometimes we exceed our goals and sometimes we fall short, but we strongly believe that setting high goals and dreaming big is a characteristic of a successful business. We believe that reaching for highly-set goals is a sign of a healthy business; however, I do understand that not everyone shares that same sentiment.
