Some of the best reasons to work here; They do not waste your time with a bunch of meetings. For me, in bigger corporations, I found they would have so many meetings that accomplished so little, taking a day to give you 45 minutes of real helpful information. At Iotec they focus more on high payoff activities, to make you and the company more successful. Also, I can get top level approvals in minutes, not in days or weeks. Decisions can be made in real time, by Company officers who are local, and available. Lastly, their is a great team mentality I like. As a former athlete, I value the benefits and enjoyment of working as a team. Especially on a winning team, like Iotec!

If you don't want to be a top sales person, this is not the place to be! You must be self motivated, and willing to learn. The technology curve is accelerating very quickly, we all must adapt or die.
