Internet is accessible from your desktop, however due to the sensitive nature of our work, we have restricted the ability to upload information from our servers to the internet. IDA has heard your comments and upon moving to our new location a brand new pantry will be installed with updated fittings. We hope you enjoy the new space :) As mentioned in another post IDA holds design to a very high degree, and like most other companies a Senior Architect, Director or the Principal will hold project reviews. If the design does not meet the expectations of the company or our client, we take the opportunity to mentor our staff. This degree of mentorship may seem like micromanagement, however, it exists for staff to benefit from more experienced architects in pursuit of continual professional development. IDA will work on the policies you speak of. Please raise these with your Director or HR at the Morning Forums so that we may address your concerns.
