Pros

- Strong Sales Training for Early Career Employees - Very ingrained in the local community, not sure if they still are after the buyout. - Some of the most competent IT staff and Sales staff I have worked with - Are compassionate people, understanding that employees are humans

Kontras

- Sales Manager would rather light themselves on fire than actually be involved in the sales process. - Very little connection between Sales and IT, making the pre-sales evaluation and quote creation process incredibly painful, especially for non-technical Salespeople. - If you aren't in with upper management or part of the "Boys Club", then you are in for a ride. They pick favorites here and then make them your boss, even if they suck.

Pros

Free lunches sometimes and you get told you're in a family a lot.

Kontras

Definition of a good ol boys club. If you aint in it, you're not gonna be looked at as a contributing member no matter how much you do. They like to hire admins (who process tickets) that barely passed 2nd grade English. The amount of work you do and your talents will never get reflected on your pay, unless you are in said club. If you care about having a work life balance, you'll lose respect. They have a slogan, CARE, which is supposed to reflect how they treat clients, but the only thing they have CAREd about is the bottom line profits. The sales team and budget increased substantially while completely ignoring the tech side, in terms of hiring new resources and paying their employees. People who get away with doing the absolute bare minimum get praised publicly and constantly. If you get good at one thing, expect to be stuck doing that one thing forever. Growth and learning opportunities are almost non existent unless you love constant trial by fire with absolutely no guidance or direction. As a tech the work load is absolutely insane with little to no communication between team members, and if there is communication, it's little to no help.
