*Non management employees genuinely care and work hard for the betterment of the company. *Competitive pay and benefits *Expectation to self motivate and perform *Product sells itself

Kontras

*Lack of career progression, and no desire to change this from management. *Management seem to only care about covering themselves in a good light, very happy to take credit for team performance while doing very little to contribute towards it. *Lack of desire from product to change anything that would help teams automate legacy processes. *Lack of efficient processes and experienced AdTech leadership at most levels.
