Good culture,culture in the sense company has good culture,not every department. Development department ( not all dev dept ) is toxic with favouritism.

Toxicity with lot of favouritism.moreover if the pet gets issues ,they take specially and personally takecare. Favorites only get opportunity to work in new new projects, they will left behind their working projects without finishing,and someone else has to take care but ultimately everything will come to their name
