Met talented people and worked with some well-known brands. My main team was full of support and we had a great back each other system. I learned a lot about agency procedures and client handling.

Although my team was supportive, top-level leadership support was more than lacking. If anything, it did not exist. It took forever to get a promotion, and a raise was laughable. Bonuses did not exist, even when we were supposedly "thriving." It felt like I was there for years with all the tumultuous changes.
