People i have spoken to are friendly and at ground-level there is a desire to do some good, but the company is in such disarray that nobody is working effectively because what were supposed to be doing isnt clear.

No onboarding process, left completely unsupported and wasn't introduced to anyone. Countless promises that support/training will be given but never emerges. Have applied for other internal vacancies and not even had an acknowledgement back from hiring manager

Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
