Good people, enjoy working with majority of them. Flexible working (flex days) and occasional home working.
Kontras
Upper management, salary levels, career progression, development. Any of the above are appalling. Whether it be no budget to train you for changing aspects of your role, dangling carrots of promotion only to never follow through with them, or even reviewing salaries to bring them in line with market value. RSA have slipped drastically over the last 5-7 years.
