old fashioned approaches, people and systems, middle management focus on managing upwards, overloading and miss-management of needs of 'workers' at lower levels, departments work separately (left/right hand don't know what the other is doing), poor internal data/IT security, frameworks developed on who shouts the loudest not what is best or smartly developed, low salary, noncompetitive benefits, notice period they give you is 1 month, but you have to give them 3 months which is very unbalanced
