The leadership team is forward thinking and has good intentions with its HR policies. Good work-life balance.

The quality of middle and lower management is hit or miss. Good intentions from leadership do not always trickle down to employees due to poor management in the middle. There has been cut-backs to the benefit plan recently. Many employees have been with the company for 20+ years so it is hard to bring in changes or to modernize workflow.
