As a result, all 1000s of us are forced to endure this inconvenience to stroke their egos. Their approach to managing this change is manipulative. They make it seem like we want this and that it is to our advantage, but it's only for their benefit. They treat us as insignificant, replaceable numbers in the company with no room for career growth or recognition despite the low pay.
