Not a huge con but onboarding was a little tough in hybrid model with no training provided by HR on company policies/benefits/company values, etc. - you were meant to read this on your own. Resources are available of course but in the first few days, things get overwhelming as you figure things out so it's nice to have a formal training session with HR during the first couple of days of onboarding. Again, not a deal breaker in my opinion but might be nice to have. Otherwise, a great company to work for even with this issue.
